Małgorzata Kowalska is a researcher and project manager at the Research Centre for Vocational Education and Innovation Management where she develops systems, models and tools for supporting and integrating education with the innovative economy and labor market. She facilitates national and European cooperation within the framework of Erasmus+ projects. As part of her PhD thesis, she conducts research in the field of British and American culture and publishes articles devoted to her interests. She is a co-author of educational e-resources for teachers and students of vocational schools as well as a language editor in the Journal of Continuing Education published by Łukasiewicz – Institute for Sustainable Technologies. Last but not least, an enthusiast of vocational skills competitions who is currently running the WeRskills project.
